We’re making the Equity Report bigger and better – join us!
Greetings Diversity VC Community!
You may have already seen that we launched this year’s Equity Record survey in the United States! We’re excited to hear from you about your experience in the VC industry – take < 5 minutes to fill it out here.
The past few weeks have been a whirlwind for us all. At Diversity VC, we are more dedicated than ever to advocating for voices to be heard across gender, racial, socioeconomic, and political divides to foster an ecosystem built for everyone. Understanding who VCs are and their perspectives through this survey is fundamental to achieving that goal.
We also wanted to share some exciting news about how we’re changing the Equity Report to help us grow the community and magnify our impact. Changes we’ve made:
Grew the dataset: We are taking the Equity Record global – collecting perspectives in Latin America and Europe in addition to the United States. This will help us understand how the global VC industry is changing and connect you with VCs and LPs around the world.
Collaborated with world-class partners: We’ve teamed up with research partners like the London School of Economics to make our survey more reliable and comparable throughout the world, so we can get more impactful insights.
Integrated technology: We’re working with an all-star tech team to make future iterations of the Equity Record easier than ever to fill out – so we don’t have to bug you each year for the same demographic info, and we can spend more time getting your take on the rapidly evolving VC industry.
In sharing your experiences in this short survey, you’ll get:
First access to results of the report, including Diversity VC’s analysis
Private invitation to exclusive events to engage LPs, GPs, and other community leaders
The priceless feeling that you’ve just contributed to an important body of research that will be used for immediate, bold, action!
Your responses will be 100% confidential – any data analysis will be completed in aggregate, protecting your identity and experiences. You can view our privacy policy here, and if you have any questions please email info@diversity.vc. Thank you in advance for your time!
With appreciation,
The Diversity VC Team
